  • As an entrepreneur, you can make your own herbal or nutritional products or open your own wellness center or spa.
  • You can conduct Ayurvedic educational sessions, courses or workshops on lifestyle, herbal medicines and nutrition.
  • As a professional chef, you can apply Ayurvedic knowledge to create balanced meals for specific body-mind types.
  • As an entrepreneur or freelancer you can launch your Ayurvedic publications and/or podcasts.
  • As a massage therapist, beautician or body worker, you can apply Ayurveda to enrich and expand your services.
  • As a yoga therapist or teacher, you can add Ayurvedic detoxes and specific poses that balance the doshas to your classes.
  • Health coaches, physicians and nurses can integrate Ayurvedic medicine into their practice to create deeper benefits for their clients and patients.
  • Psychotherapists and counselors can integrate Ayurvedic behavioral modalities as a complementary therapy and better understand their client/patient’s imbalances.
  • You can write and publish your own book and share Ayurvedic knowledge in your field or interest.
