Often, we feel stuck without understanding why or how to make meaningful changes.

Through the practice of meditation, we awaken the witness within—a quiet observer

of our thoughts, patterns, and

behaviors. Once we become aware of

what no longer serves us, we can finally begin the process of transformation.


In today’s fast-paced world, our bodies and minds are constantly bombarded with stimuli—far more than they were designed

to handle.


From the overuse of technology to the never-ending demands of modern life, we’ve become so accustomed to stress that we don’t even realize how overwhelmed we are.


You might think,

“But I can’t sit still in meditation—my mind

runs wild, and I feel even more anxious.”


That’s precisely why we need to do two things:


1. PREPARE THE MIND

Through yoga and Qi Gongpractices, we release tension from the body, allowing the

mind to relax.


2. CONSISTENCY

Like any new skill; it takes time and practice. Doing this just once a week won’t yield

lasting results; daily practice is essential for progress.


By dedicating time each day to slow down and relax, we soften the mind and drop into the body into the heart, where our deepest desires reside.


The heart is the gateway to your higher self,

intuition, and pure potential. But the mind’s voice is often louder than the heart’s whispers.


When we slow everything down, we can begin to hear our true desires and create a life that’s more aligned, more at ease, and deeply fulfilling.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Each week, we’ll have a 1-hour live class via Zoom, with replays available.


The class will include:

  • 15 minutes of explanation and exploration of the week’s theme.
  • 30-40 minutes of yoga practice.
  • A 5-minute meditation that builds up to 15 minutes by the end of the course.   


The goal is to practice this 45-minute routine daily (or as often as possible) to help your body and mind acclimate to a new state of relaxation and well-being.

By incorporating meditation before sleep, we can release the racing thoughts that usually plague our minds, allowing for deeper rest and rejuvenation. When

we meditate, we clear our minds, leading to better, more restorative sleep and waking up with renewed energy.
