1. Ginger Cinnamon Tea
- Â Ingredients: 2.5 cm piece of fresh ginger (sliced), 1 cinnamon stick, 500 ml of water, Honey (optional)
- Instructions:Â
    1. Boil the water in a pot.
    2. Add the sliced ginger and cinnamon stick.
    3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    4. Strain the tea into a cup.
    5. Add honey if desired and enjoy warm.
2. Cardamom Fennel Tea
- Â Ingredients: 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 3 cardamom pods, 500 ml of water, a pinch of nutmeg.
- Instructions:
 1. Bring the water to a boil.
    2. Add fennel seeds and cardamom pods.
    3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
    4. Strain into a cup and sprinkle with nutmeg.
